As part of the B vitamin complex, L-Methylfolate is the metabolically active form of vitamin B9. Both folate (from food) and Folic acid (from fortified foods or supplements) must first be converted in the body into this active form before they can be used. This means your body does not have to convert it to another form of the vitamin – L-Methylfolate is good to go.

Suggested use
