Suggested use
For all-day energy, and to reduce fatigue, swallow 2 ENERGIZE tablets with a full glass of water. Begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet once a day). Do not exceed more than 2 tablets (1 serving) in any 24-hour period.

Modified cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearates, red film coating (polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, fd&c red #40 lake, talc, fd&c yellow #6 lake, titanium dioxide), acesulfame potassium.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Each sustained-release tablet contains approx. 138 mg of caffeine. Individuals who are sensitive to caffeine should begin use with one-half the recommended dosage and limit the use of other caffeine-containing foods and drinks while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, and sleeplessness.
