What Is Valerian Root?
Valerian Root is derived from the Valeriana officinalis plant, a perennial native to Asia and Europe. This plant can grow to be over six feet tall and produces clusters of pink or white flowers that provide a calming scent. In ancient times, this traditional herb was often used in tinctures and teas.

Suggested use
For adults, take two (2) quick release capsules daily, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime as Valerian Root may cause drowsiness. This product is intended for short-term, occasional use only. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
